How website inquiry information is used.
This page explains the information Creekstone receives when someone uses the website or submits a project inquiry.
Information submitted directly
When you request an estimate or share project details, Creekstone may receive your name, phone number, email address, project location, planning stage, project type, and the notes you provide.
Website and campaign information
The website may also record the page and form used, referring page, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, basic browser information, and security information supplied by the website’s hosting provider. This helps Creekstone understand which outreach produces relevant project inquiries, operate the lead dashboard, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery problems.
How the information is used
Creekstone uses inquiry information to review and respond to projects, communicate about appropriate next steps, understand lead sources, maintain the website and lead dashboard, and protect the forms from spam or misuse.
Service providers
Creekstone uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, security checks, and email delivery. The forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate those services. The website implementation does not sell project inquiry information.
Questions or requests
